Amazon basic speaker picking up radio signal?

So I use these Amazon basic speakers for my ps2 and gamecube set up and they are connected to a small crt tv. I started hearing this cutting in and out and realized it was coming from only one of the speakers. The crt is turned off and anything connected to the crt (besides the speakers) is also turned off.
