Uncrustable...skin lesion?

I know it's just peanut butter and jelly, but it came out of the wrapper looking like something yucky from an old medical textbook. I don't know why I found it too unsettling to eat. The other side had a small spot with a bit of jelly coming out...resembled an exit wound. I also had another Uncrustable with me.
