My fingers are turning orange

So I just looked down at my left hand and my fingers are orange. They feel sort of prickly. I haven’t handled any chemicals, I have washed my hands 4 times now and it’s not coming off. What is this? Editing to add that I haven’t been in contact with turmeric, self tanner, vitamin C, or cheetos or Doritos. I did handle a lime earlier, but I do that all the time and don’t turn orange from it. I also don’t eat a lot of carrots, pumpkins or sweet potatoes. But thank you for all the ideas. &#
